Perhaps because Sony isn't fighting to remain afloat, and doesn't need
to convince people that their machines and systems are a Good Thing(tm)

All it needs is a bit of high-handedness at this stage in the
proceedings, and you'll see the remaining Amiga faithful desert in
droves.

Unless, of course, Amiga Inc are so convinced they have a World Beater
in the wings that they don't really need us any more....
